Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using tokenizedxonchain.com or the TokenizedXOnChain workspace (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and is not

TokenizedXOnChain is a neutral media and data-intelligence platform for the tokenized-equities and real-world-asset (RWA) ecosystem. It aggregates and displays market data, oracle prices, NAV/premium analytics, and editorial coverage for informational purposes.

TokenizedXOnChain is not a broker-dealer, exchange, trading venue, investment adviser, custodian, money transmitter, or token issuer, and it does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or mint, redeem, or settle any token or security. We are a data and media product only.

2. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own informational and professional use. You may not resell, scrape at scale, redistribute, or republish the Service or its data feeds as your own product.

3. No financial advice; no guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, token, or other asset. Figures, signals, premiums, and any "preview" or sample data are illustrative and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. 4. Bring your own keys (BYOK)

Some features let you connect your own third-party API keys. Those keys are stored in your browser and used only to fulfil your requests to the providers you choose. You are responsible for keeping your keys safe, for complying with each provider's terms, and for any fees they charge. We do not custody your keys or funds.

5. Third-party data & trademarks

Data is aggregated from public sources and licensed providers — including a read-only data licence from Ondo Global Markets, plus Pyth Network, DefiLlama, and others. All product names, logos, and trademarks (including Ondo and any issuer or ticker referenced) belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies unless expressly stated. A read-only data licence is not an endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to overload or probe our infrastructure, or to create harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend access for misuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Service's design, text, branding, and the "The Cube" / "The Office" identity are owned by us or our licensors. The licence in Section 2 is the only right granted to you.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including as to accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any trading, investment, or other decision made in reliance on the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction. (Operator entity and jurisdiction to be specified by the operator.)
