Privacy Policy

TokenizedXonChain is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect when you visit tokenizedxonchain.com or open an account, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

TokenizedXOnChain ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and the TokenizedXOnChain workspace — a neutral media & data-intelligence platform for the tokenized-equities and real-world-asset (RWA) ecosystem. Contact: hello@tokenizedxonchain.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. You can sign in with a wallet or with email. A wallet account stores your public wallet address, the username and display name you choose and, if you add one, your email address. Wallet sign-in is a signature of a plain text message: it is not a transaction, and we never ask for a seed phrase or a private key. An email account stores your username, email address and a one-way password hash. Either way we keep any bio, your watch-list and your plan on our own servers, encrypted at rest. Comments you post in The Cube are public and carry your username. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account → Delete or reset.
• No keys. We never ask for, accept or store API keys, model keys or wallet keys. The site and the Office run entirely on our own feeds.
• Tracked wallets. Addresses you add to the Office wallet panel are kept in your browser. When the panel opens they are sent to our server once to look up public balances and are not stored.
• Information collected automatically. Standard server request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention, and two functional first-party cookies: te_session (keeps you signed in — an HMAC-signed token, valid 30 days) and te_preview (legacy beta access). We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use essential first-party cookies only: te_session (sign-in) and te_preview (owner preview) — plus first-party localStorage on your device to remember your preferences (layout, saved desks, tracked wallets). These are functional, not tracking. We run no advertising or analytics cookies; if we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first. You can clear this data any time from your browser, from Account → Delete or reset, or by signing out.

4. How we use your information

• To operate, secure, and improve the website and workspace.
• To run the weekly newsletter (double opt-in) and respond to your requests.
• To send the alerts, receipts and account emails you ask for.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate: hosting (Hetzner, EU), transactional email (Resend) and card payments (Stripe). Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive only whether a payment succeeded and the plan it paid for. Crypto payments are USDC sent on Base from your own wallet to our address, with no processor in between: we read that public transaction to confirm it, and keep its hash with your account so it counts once. Public chain data services see the tracked-wallet addresses you ask us to look up.

6. Data retention

Newsletter records are kept while you are subscribed (one-click unsubscribe in every mail) and only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/UK-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email hello@tokenizedxonchain.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Data stored locally in your browser can be cleared by you at any time.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.

9. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
