TokenizedXOnChain is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect when you visit tokenizedxonchain.com or join our beta, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
TokenizedXOnChain ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and the TokenizedXOnChain workspace — a neutral media & data-intelligence platform for the tokenized-equities and real-world-asset (RWA) ecosystem. Contact: hello@tokenizedxonchain.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join the waitlist or request beta access, and any optional details you submit in that form (e.g. role, firm, what you trade). If you create a profile inside the workspace, your chosen username and agent name are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
- Your API keys (BYOK). If you connect your own third-party API keys (e.g. data or AI providers), they are stored only in your browser and are transmitted in-flight to the provider you choose, through our stateless proxy, solely to fulfil your request. We do not persist or log your keys on our servers.
- Information collected automatically. Standard server request logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention, and a single functional cookie (
te_preview) used to remember beta access. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
3. Cookies & local storage
We use one essential first-party cookie for the beta access gate, and first-party localStorage on your device to remember your preferences (theme, layout, profile, and your BYOK keys). These are functional, not tracking. We currently run no advertising or analytics cookies; if we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first. You can clear this data any time from your browser or from the workspace Settings.
4. How we use your information
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and workspace.
- To run the waitlist / beta program and respond to your requests.
- To fetch the market data and analytics you ask for (via the providers you connect).
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate: hosting (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), and the data providers you query (e.g. Pyth Network, Ondo Global Markets, DefiLlama). When you use your own API key, your request — including that key — goes to the provider you selected; their handling is governed by their own policies.
6. Data retention
Waitlist / beta records are kept while the program is active and only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/UK-GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these, email hello@tokenizedxonchain.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Data stored locally in your browser can be cleared by you at any time.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards.
9. Children
The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
